Okay, I’ll admit it … I’m addicted to trying out apps in the Apple App store on my iPod Touch. The only catch is that I only download the FREE APPS and the reason for this is I’m frugle stingy waiting for Santa to send me a $50.00 iTunes giftcard so I can finally buy some apps. But that is a different story. Right now I just wanted to let you know about 3 apps that have kept me entertained for the past week:

Tangram Pro iPhone / iPod Touch Game

Tangram Pro iPhone / iPod Touch Game

Tangram Pro - (was free, now $0.99)

LOVE IT! Very funny tangram puzzle game that makes you feel like you are playing with the computer screens in the movie Minority Report. Basically you are given some puzzle pieces and a shape to recreate and with the help of your finger you rotate and place the pieces in the correct positions. I know this sounds a little boring for a game, but trust me it will keep you busy for hours.

Tap Defense Game for iPhone / iPod Touch

Tap Defense Game for iPhone / iPod Touch

Tap Defense - (FREE!!!)

Ever since I got into flash gamging I’ve been addicted to all variations of the defense / tower defense games and I went nuts the other day when I saw Tap Defense released in the app store. Awesome Awesome game! I’ve made it to around level 25-30 before losing all 20 lives, but I still go back and play it again. One tip to give anyone who is trying out this game for the first time … utilize the ICE TOWERS the best you can. Basically set them up around your killzone so you can slow down the enemies and hit them as many times as possible. Also be greedy … meaning instead of researching a lot of new towers, keep getting the higher interest rate so you can bring in more money to buy towers.

Minipiano iPhone / iPod Touch App

Minipiano iPhone / iPod Touch App

MiniPiano - (FREE!!!!)

The only reason I’ve been addicted to this app is because I’m learning to play the piano. Granted this app only has 14 keys, but it still keeps me thinking “Boy, I need to practice the piano a little more” each time I turn on my iPod Touch.

So what are your favorite apps?
